How can I check the status of my order?
You can track return status on the courier's website using the provided tracking number which we have sent to you via email.
If you have any additional enquiries thereafter, the shipping companies will be able to provide you a more accurate and updated status of the deliveries.
In case you have misplaced the email, you can always log on to your account at GamelShop to review your order status and shipment details.
I noticed on the Online delivery tracking system that the delivery status has been changed to ‘Delivered’ but I have not yet received the item? What happened?
Please contact the shipping company directly if this has happened.
We suggest that you check with your family members and any other people who might have received it on your behalf first before contacting the courier company.
