What are GamelShop warranty policies?
All products (excluding batteries and accessories) come with a 30-day warranty counting from the date of purchase.
If there is a need, the customer only charges the shipping cost to ship the defective product to our warehouse. The cost of repairs is borne by us after the validation of the warranty claim.
In case of receiving the defective product, please send us an email within 24 hours after receipt of the product to draw attention to the fact that your goods have been received with some defect. You may be required to pay an import tax / duty to receive the item first (depending on your country's custom regulations) before you can send it back.
In the unfortunate event that a full replacement is guaranteed, but we are unable to provide the same product, we will offer you the opportunity to exchange for another product of the same value.

Where do you repair the product?
We have companies specializing in the maintenance of smartphones, electronics and gadgets in some countries.
We will provide the destination of the shipment when you submit the repair request to ensure the most efficient repair service route possible.
How long would a typical repair take?
Depending on the type of repairs needed, it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, but there is a possibility that it will be larger in some situations.
We always try to speed up the repair as much as possible.
Does GamelShop offer replacement during repair?
We do not offer replacement for the item (s) during the period of return or repair.
